Cable went out at midnight or so last night. Been calling all day today (yes they do have office hours on saturday), and it's been busy all day! No other way to contact them either...what am I paying 40 bucks a month for here? That's basic cable, too. BTW, this is in blacksburg, va.

probably took their phone off the hook so they wouldn't have to listen to customers complain.
 
Adelphia just a few months ago bought our local cable company...

Fortunatly we have DirecTV and the only cable we get from them is like the super super basic cable that only has the network channels and a couple others.

And even better we have DSL here too so we don't have to use their crappy Powerlink.
