It's now 6 weeks from my injury date.
After going to a sport doctor it's called
I can't run, I can't play basketball yet.
I can walk with no issues.
Are there any basketball or player from any other sport that had this injury?

Unfortunately, I still can't do any sports because of the pain. It's not like I can't get through my daily routine, but it totally disables me when it comes to being active and playing sports. It's been about a month since I got injured, and I'm starting to get a little worried.
The pain hits me when I lie on my back and squeeze a ball between my feet. Take a look at pictures 1 and 2 to see what I'm talking about.
Here is what I been doing:
plank exercise (1 min, 2 sets)
sit-ups (10 because it hurts)
push up (10 two sets)
lie down and put legs up and down (30, 3 sets)
I apply heating on the area every night
I walk
Here is what I can't do:
I can't run
I can't pivot or do sharp movements (what you need to do in sports)
I can't jump
It hurts when I sneeze or cough

It happend in a basketball game where I set my leg to pivot hard and cut to the basket.I can't run, I can't play basketball yet.
