Hmm...I'm running PC100 at 66 MHz CAS2 with my C433, and I'm getting 9-10 hours with the 3.0 CLI.

Do you have any resource hogging programs running in the backround (such as MS Office Find Fast)? Also, do you have a screensaver running on the C466 machine? That might be slowing you down.

They only thing running on that one is seti, and the normal windows chit,,,lol

umm like zonealarm, rambooster, @guard kills all the ads, think thats it!

Am trying setidriver on high, see what that does to it!

which should I use for win3.1? not even sure what kinda cpu but would kindda like to have it running something!

What PC is Win 3.1 on? ,how much RAM has it got?

[update]
I've just looked at their ftp server & I don't see a SETI client for Win 3.1.You would probably be better off running RC5 or Gamma Flux on that machine anyway ,they doen't use nearly as much RAM

Wow, I have no idea if there are any SETI clients that would run on Win 3.1. 🙂 I guess I'd suggest the RC5 DOS client (or 3.1, if they even have one).

Hey...if that 3.1 machine is on a network, could you run SETI off a hard drive on a different computer? That might work if you used the CLI.
