Adding pic's to a post?

Hi all, I can't seem to find out how to add a pic to a post, FAQ says to look for a "manage attachments" button to upload a pic but I'm not seeing it anywhere, any help greatly app...
 
First upload the picture to a hosting site, then copy the url of the picture, and wrap it in
tags to display it.
 
OK, thanks guy's, I use another site that also uses vbulletin and the "manage attachments" button is there (and the FAQ for this one says to use it here too) so I got confused..
