adding pages to a pdf using acrobat?

i have a pdf that is 3 pages and now i want to add a page to it from word, how do i add it to the end without printing to pdf and inserting the document?

Just click Document -> Insert Pages and there is an option for Word files.

I'm using 7 Pro.
