Adding drivers in device Manager using Win2kpro

how do i add a driver to my device manager?? I got these updated drivers and i need to add them to device manager to get them to work but i dont know how, plz help, thx.
 
Navigate to the device you want to update the driver for and right click on it. If this is a device that 2k detects and you only want to update the driver, click on "Properties">"Driver">"Update Driver"
