No it runs on the screen of the game you're playing. It's good for people who want to monitor their system without using a second screen.

Yeah, have been running it between 1.46v for 5Ghz and 1.55v for 5.3Ghz since I got it in January last year. It scales prettly linearly with voltage, 1.46 for 5, 1.49 for 5.1, 1.52 for 5.2 1.55 for 5.3.

I also run my ram at 1.68v :awe:
