Adding a seconed sata HD

I believe I have the second drive connected properly in XP-Pro. I want the system to recognize it, how do I proceed.

Welcome to the Forums! :beer:

Right-click on My Computer > Manage > Disk Management and look for the new HDD.
Select it, create a partition and format it.
