Adding a new group to Start Menu/Programs?

I installed TurboTax software. For some reason, It didnt create a group under Start/Programs.

How do i manually create it? (or get TurboTax to create it?)

Right click Start Button > Explore
Make a new folder in Programs and create/copy TurboTax shortcuts in to it.
