That was my reaction.
The first person i saw post about their times with the Centrinos I figured they we BSing. Now that more people are posting thier times i guess it's true.

Awsome time!
I'm guessing the next generation Intel desktop processors will be based off of the bannias core. But from the looks of it the Pentium 4 roadmap takes it all the way up to 5Ghz which is probably 2 years or more away. Anyway, thats a nice computer you have there!
 
I've bought 3 1.6GHz Centrino laptops on ebay. Too bad nobody has been able to deliver one too me yet.:|
