I'm getting temps of about 45-47 with the side panel off. I want to put the panel back on somtime in my life, but I need to bring the temp down a little bit more. I have two (or three choices)

1. I can add a 60 mm fan in the back for exhaust. Are 60 mm fans strong enough for exhaust? I have an enermax whisper exhausting from the PSU, but I need another fan below it to exhaust. My case uses this weird air duct thing for this purpose.

2. Or I can a get a new HSF. Right now I'm using the volcano 5 for a 1.4 athlon not overclocked on a K7S5A. I've been looking at the Alpha, but the $ kind of turns me off.

3. Or I can do both. But then will the 60 mm fan even be necessary?

Get an Alpha PAL6035. Cheaper than the 8045 and still performs decently. 2cooltek.com has good prices

If you want to put your case cover back on, I strongly suggest you get case fans. Why don't you get the 80mm variant instead of the 60mm? They move much more air than 60mm ones at the same noise level.
