Add, Create, Resize, Delete Partitions

I'm having a hard time adding, creating, and resizing partitions in Windows Server 2003 on RAID 1.

Can anyone suggest a 3rd party product that is very robust in these scenarios. Partition Magic won't work on this O/S. Also, Acronis Disk Director works fine on a non-RAID setup, but crashes once the RAID array is configured.

Thoughts?
