Add a VR forum

After testing an HTC Vive I think it's clear that VR will be huge.

Time for a dedicated VR forum.

I disagree, AT forums are dying, the last thing we need are more subforums.

That being said, can we have a drone/quadcopter forum? How about a kitchen & food forum? Actually a finance forum would rock
