Adaptec 2940/Drive compatibility

I have to replace a scsi drive in a Dell Poweredge 1300 with an Adaptec 2940U2W controller and 68 pin LVD cable. I'd like to use a 36.7 GB Seagate Cheetah.

Are current Ultra320 drives compatible with this Ultra2 controller. Any other gotchas I should know about.
