Use your Amex Blue... no risk. If Staples gives you any crap about returning it, call AMEX, and they'll take it back. Better yet, Buy it somewhere else at the regular price, and have AMEX match it with staples price!!!!!!

I don't understand why there would be any risk to this deal? It clearly states on Staples website that you can return anything you order from their website back to them. It doesn't have to be brought back into a B&M store. You can even call or email them about the return and they will send someone out to come get it.

If you tell them you thought it was a different product, it's their fault and I would think they would even more apologetic about it and be even more willing to take it back. And it shouldn't matter if all of a sudden that 100 people wanted to return this item because the mistake was on their side initially. All they lose out on is shipping if people start returning these things. However, if we get something else that we all hope it is, well then that's a different matter. They won't be getting a lot of returns then :)

Just my 2 cents.

After trying to order it last night, and it being out of stock, I ordered it this morning and it went through. I tried calling staples 1-800 number to clear the whole issue about it being a 1 or 10 pack. I actually only had to wait about 5 minutes to talk to somebody!! The guy went to check and said that indeed it was a 10 pack! Now, it being in stock is another question.

I just hope i get it this week!

There are my 2 cents

What I find amazing is that Staples hasn't corrected this on their website yet. What are their web developers doing all day long?

I ordered like at 9pm on 7/16. I think all orders at that time should go through seeing as how only the ones ordered later (the next day) are comming up as "out of stock"

I got in on this as soon as it was posted here last night. I have not received any Out Of Stock e-mails either. With Staples, I usually get my orders within 2 days, so they should show up tomorrow morning. At least someone should get theirs tomorrow, and then we can all find out what we got. I know if I do get a ten pack, I will be ordering another as fast as I can!

not to spoil anything here, but i though you guys outta know...
when an item on staples' website start with IM..it means ingram michael ships the item...and all staples does is foward the item number and quanity and shipping info to ingram michael...since BSRdr already found out IM1445283 is indeed the part number for single card pack..not 10 card pack..i don't think any of us will get the 10 card pack from ingram michael...

well...maybe you guys will get lucky...who knows...

just remember..staples doesn't ship the item sku start with IM, they
only forward the order to ingram michael...

Crap, just checked the staples site and they changed the description to one card for $345. Not only that but I just checked my email receipt and it only claims one card. Oh well, guess I will be making a trip to staples in the near future ;(
