Is it true that we all born from this two couple if that is so then that make us all sister and brother right? Thought there is no proof, it all in the bible so it must be true and it hasn't been wrong so far about lot of thing said in there. I have spoken to at least 10 people and all of them seem to believe in god. So um noah and the ark must be true too?

If you're going into that kind of statictics I can assure you that the majority of people on the planet don't believe in god. Or at least not in the biblical one...

Whether its true or not if we all looked at eachother as brother and sister this place would be better off.

Just something to think about.
 
I would like to know where the fossils and dinosaurs come into play...Noah didn't take any of them on the proverbial ark, did he? 🙂
 
Even if you didn't believe in the Bible you can't deny the human race started with two people, so you are right.

It's impossible for species to develop a healthy population out of less than 16 individuals (mostly females). When two individuals (one male, one female) start breeding, their children will produce more offspring, and so on. After a few generations, mutations and genetical defects will be too severe to ensure another generation of offspring and the species will become extinct. You might want to look up inbreeding in your biology book.

And Mikal was right when he said that species evolve in groups, not individually.

erg... no, i think if everyone looked at there spouse as a brother or sister, there wouldn't be much breeding going on. and than if we could get over the emotional barriers of getting it on with a family member, than why not just do everyone? coz were all brothers and sisters!

I think figures I've seen show that ~95% of people believe in a &quot;higher power&quot; or God.

That's a good point. I have often wondered about that myself. But its hard for me to believe a group of people just appeared. I guess theres some things we will never know.

Well, doesn't the whole idea of evolving mean that we didn't just appear but came from other species? And if evolution is true, why are there still monkeys and chimps? Why did some evolve and some remain the same?

I don't think evolution is true. As you pointed out &quot;why are there still monkey and chimps&quot; if evolution were true and we still had some monkeys left over would there not be any species somewhere between monkeys and humans.

for a lot of smart people here, most of them are idiots. How can you believe that we evolved? Everything is in perfect order. How can somthing so complex as our bodies 'evolve' from some cell? its stupid. God created us, we did not evolve
