Does anyone know what the difference is between these two AMD64 2800 cpu's?

Newegg sells the one with "ax" in its name, and Zipzoomfly sells the one without ax in the name. Both say its a Newcastle core. But I thought I read on one web page that only the ax version is a Newcastle.

Zipzoomfly is cheaper than Newegg.

The AX is the Newcastle, but I'm sure ZZF just left the AX off. I ordered a 2800 from them 2 weeks ago and I can confirm it is an AX. 🙂

Ever further AX is the CG core where the non-AX is the CO core with less OC possibility.

Does this mean there are two versions of the Newcastle? And do both the CG and CO have the same 512 cache?

Thank you for the replies.
