Any difference? or just same thing but the catch a few things the other does not?

Not very different. They do basically the same thing, but yes, they each catch things the other misses, so running both is better.

I use those three on regular basis.. Oh yea, browsing wiith Firefox or non-IE helps tremendously.

Tried both. For me, neither got rid of my problems. Both spotted the same useless things (cookies). But I still have them installed and update and run them once a month. Still cannot find a significant difference - although I'm sure there is.

Don`t forget SpywareBlaster 3.1 which should be standard on all users PCs IMHO and prevents spyware being installed in the first place.

Not sure if this was a sarcastic remark or not but plz see the stickied thread at the top entitled "How to remove Spyware, Adware, and Hijacking". Between all the contributions, it's pretty thorough.
