Before anyone can answer this question, first answer this:
1) How much did you want to spend?
2) Were you happy with the stock braking or did you want to go beyond?
3) Are you looking for functionality or cosmetic? or Both?
I drive a Crosstour which is the little brother to the TL, but virtually the same as the TL. If you plan to do the work yourself and want to go up one notch and stay under the $200 mark, I would recommend to go to your local auto parts store, get 4 good name brand rotors and some name brand ceramic pads and your good to go. If you want to spend more money for brakes, its easy to do, but you will quickly go past that $200 mark for little return.
