Acts like nothing inside!!!

Ok, so i've got this powerpoint presentation for my school and i need to present it. The only problem is, is that my friend used a program which makes the computer believe that there is nothing in it when there really is.

So when my mate used this program it created a seperate file called "scrap" ( Scrap object) which apparently has the files in it from the powerpoint presentation and the computer acts as if its an invalid file.

Does anyone know how to get this working in powerpoint again?

Thanks

Do you know what program was used to create the "scrap" file? Or do you have a backup copy of the presentation?

I would tell your friend to undo what he did or you might have to "scrap" him. 😉

Seriously, was there a legitimate reason why your friend did this, or was he doing it as a prank? Either way, if you don't have the program to undo the change, or if you don't have a backup copy, there's probably not much you can do other than recreate the presentation.

Have you tried opening the file with power point? or renameing it to .ppt to see if it will open correctly? It's a long shot, but it worked for me once in word
