Actor Arrested After Fatal Action Scene

Nuts, that they are charging the Actor. He is not the responsible one here, in fact he is a victim as well. The idiots that loaded the gun and gave it to him are the ones that should be charged with this killing.

How do you know he didn't load the gun himself with real bullets to kill someone he didn't like? There isn't enough story there to draw any conclusions other than his assertion of innocence and the Mexican authorities saying it doesn't add up. You have no idea if he had a motive to kill they guy because the story doesn't have that information so stop jumping to conclusions that he is innocent of what they charged him with.

He said he was handed the gun by the Prop crew on the set.
