Looks like West and Zampella got a rather large sum of money, and the employee group got the remainder of their payments. I say looks like because the exact amounts won't ever be known but with the trial to begin next week, it looks like ActivisionBlizzard no longer wanted to risk going to trial.
Settling was a wise move on their part after extremely damning evidence against them was entered into court(and public record). I mean $1billion or certain CoD IP was on the line. They were going to lose and could have potentially lost big.
