Activesync and Windows XP

It started well once and ever since it's been a problem. ANy update? Is anyone else having the same issue? I have and Ipaq

Latest is 3.5 and no problems here on XP Pro.

I have 3.5 and it works fine. I think it's the only one that works on XP. I had lots of trouble with an older version on Win2k beforehand until I finally figured out that I had to update!
