well, its about time they came out with this. prof jones and company put this out just a few days ago. seems like jones sent some of his red chip thermite to different labs yrs ago. for those inquiring minds:

Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe

pp.7-31 (25)

Authors: Niels H. Harrit, Jeffrey Farrer, Steven E. Jones, Kevin R. Ryan, Frank M. Legge, Daniel Farnsworth, Gregg Roberts, James R. Gourley, Bradley R. Larsen

Abstract

We have discovered distinctive red/gray chips in all the samples we have studied of the dust produced by the destruction of the World Trade Center. Examination of four of these samples, collected from separate sites, is reported in this paper. These red/gray chips show marked similarities in all four samples. One sample was collected by a Manhattan resident about ten minutes after the collapse of the second WTC Tower, two the next day, and a fourth about a week later. The properties of these chips were analyzed using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (XEDS), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The red material contains grains approximately 100 nm across which are largely iron oxide, while aluminum is contained in tiny plate-like structures. Separation of components using methyl ethyl ketone demonstrated that elemental aluminum is present. The iron oxide and aluminum are intimately mixed in the red material. When ignited in a DSC device the chips exhibit large but narrow exotherms occurring at approximately 430 °C, far below the normal ignition temperature for conventional thermite. Numerous iron-rich spheres are clearly observed in the residue following the ignition of these peculiar red/gray chips. The red portion of these chips is found to be an unreacted thermitic material and highly energetic.

id reccommed downloading it so u can read through the 24 pages of material.

here is a video presentation prof jones did about a yr ago when he found these red chips that turned out to be unreacted thermite!!

OK fine, I'm convinced. GWB bombed the World trade center for some sort of personal gain. All the top republicans (and Elvis) were involved in the planing and execution of this heinous crime. So now what?

Pilot, killed flying plane into first tower. Financier stepped on his Blue Suede Shoes, waited for vengeance ever since.

Even if it were true, you conspiracy theorist idiots have so thoroughly discredited yourself with the "it was a missile!" and "the planes were remote controlled drones!" nonsense that no one will believe it. Good work.

Or maybe the perpetration of those stories was a continuation of the conspiracy to discredit the conspiracy theorists so no one believe them. :)

Gee, they found aluminum and iron oxide in the debris of a building that big! Wow, Imagine that! Aluminum and Iron in one place ... pretty unusual, especially for a little tiny place like the WTC.

Time to run and hide in a cave ... OP, you first ... we'll call you when it's safe, honest!

Peer-reviewed? Peer-reviewed by who? Other 911 Conspiracy Nutcases? Just because someone calls themselves "peer-reviewed" and charges upward of $2000 per article published, and you have to pay to be a member & pay to have an article published... Their goal is to make research available online. Oddly though, roughly 50% of all google and google scholar hits referring to their website (of less than 1000), are all related to the 911 conspiracy.

Look, I spent 8 years working with mentally retarded adults. If one of them had some hair-brained idea, then the rest of the 'tards would certainly qualify as their peers. Doesn't make what they're saying correct. AND, despite them being severely and profoundly mentally retarded, even some of them were smart enough to realize that there was no conspiracy. You nutcases keep grasping for straws.

Thermite is not usually made with chips and plates. It is made of powder to increase the the effective surface area and to insure proper particle distribution in the mix.

one of the many things about 9-11 that seemed odd was their apparent hurry
to "destroy the evidence" - to get rid of the building debris.

in the case of TWA Flight 800, they painstakingly re-assembled the plane
fragments in an airplane hanger.

why not give the victims of 9-11 the same respect ? seeing as how there
were 10 times more people killed. a huge pile of debris with tremendous
forensic value, and they're in a hurry to get rid of it.

i could understand wanting to move it out of NYC, but melt it down ?

it's to the credit of the researchers that they were able to get samples to
perform the forensic analysis they managed.

There was just a tad bit more debris at the WTC site than the TWA one.

Oh look, and it's in their 2nd ever volume. Great peer-reviewed journal you've found. They've published a grand total of 12 articles... EVER. And, given how China's higher education system works, (publication requirements), at a glance, that seems to by the lion's share of these articles.

Again, their purpose is to be an online journal, but half way into their 2nd year, they've still only managed a grand total of 12 articles. Half the online references to the journal refer to this idiotic research. And most of the other half simply parrot what the site has to say about itself.

So, you can claim "peer-reviewed", but it's certainly not being found credible by anyone without a tin foil hat.

A little molding and he can have a Satellite Dish. That would be better, IMO.

You could literally have people confessing to pulling the buildings down & most people simply wouldn't believe it. Emotional reactions/symbolism have a far greater effect on people's beliefs than scientific evidence & rational thought.

Papers like this are a gay ass waste of time. All these people do is ostracize themselves from their peers. It's not crazy to believe jet fuel couldn't cause those buildings to collapse so quickly (or @ least be a little suspicious), it's just crazy to say it.

Frankly it's quite obvious that a corrupt administration took the murdering of 3,000+ people & used it do far worse things than the event itself.

event - I'm surprised to see that the government still allows you to post. With all this truth you're spreading, you would think they'd send a death squad after you or just "disappear" you. Glad to see they haven't gotten to you yet so that we can continue to enjoy your insane ramblings on AT P&N.
