Your pretty chart left out Syria, Iraq, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Brazil, Yemen, Somalia, Eritrea, Ethiopeia, Kenya, Chad, Nigeria, Ghana, Libya, Algiers, Tunisia, & etc.

All mass shootings are planned. It seems to me, that almost all the shooters go in with a death wish. Having body armor seems to me like they wanted to get out alive and the fact they fled the scene so quickly.

This doesn't match the profile of Islamic Terrorist. They don't go in with body armor and leave the scene.

ISIS or some org would probably alert the US gov that they hit us again and laugh on the phone at the same time....

Along with the news report we would get a sentence somewhere that says ISIS, etc.... claimed resp for the attack.

you are right. But most seem like a kid planning htem. They gain enterance and shoot everything until they run out of bullets or they die.

This was well planned. Body armor and hitting the fire alarm then shooting and leaving fast is not normal.
