Edit: Damn, Kara Swisher from Recode is on MSNBC right now (on phone) after speaking to several of her acquaintances at YouTube. She says several people have been shot but no word on fatalities other than the shooter.

My first thought was All YouTube employees must now be armed. No wait... My first thought was... How could this happen, all mass shootings are supposed to be at schools.
