Active Directory in Windows 2000 Profressional version???

Can i use active directory in win2k professional version or is it just for the server version????

I am wondering because I want to create group policies which i think only i can do under active directory.

I figured it out. I need to install the administration tools pack from the Windows 2000 SERVER edition.
