Anyone know how to make those icon sorta things that companies like Gateway puts on thier wallpaper? I am talking anout the kind that are like mouseovers you see on the net.

I build lots of PCs for friends and family and think it would be cool to do.
 
Do you mean actual ActiveX controls on the desktop? I just have a webpage as my desktop and edit the underlying HTML to taste. I have even embedded another web page via the <IFRAME> tags.
