Yes, I realise that I'm about 6 years late with this, but I've just discovered Active Desktop where you can put a web page on your desktop.

Does anyone have any ideas any cool websites I can use as my desktop? I'm currently using this (it's a count down for the release of Doom 3) but I'm getting kinda bored with it - anyone have any others?
