Man, I feel stupid. I didn't see that you had to scroll down through the list...

On the last one someone noticed that if you DON'T select the books, you don't get the DVD. Screw that. I'd rather pay $10 for it 2 days after it comes out when some idiot on FS/FT realizes that they didn't want it for some unknown reason.
