Hello Everyone.
Im using ACT! Software. I am tring to print mailing labels. I have sucessfuly printed some already, so I know im doing it right. Now im tring to print a new group of contacts.
The problem that is happening is when i print these contacts, the company name is overlapping the address, but only on some of them. I initially thought there was a problem with my printer or how the paper was feeding, but after looking closely at the print preview I noticed they were actually overlapping in the preview. So it has nothing to do with the printer.
I called ACT! for tech support and was informed I would have to pay $300.00 for a years worth of support. I was floored to say the least. A huge oversight on my part. I mentioned to them that this was not a support call but more that their software was gliched and I shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes.
Has anyone experienced this kind of problem?
