Acrobat 4.0 problem distilling entire Excel workbook

I'm using Acrobat 4.0, trying to distill a PDF for a multi-worksheet Excel workbook (it's got 13 worksheets). Although I've tried checking "Entire Workbook" the generated PDF still contains only page 1.

When I used print preview, sure enough it shows all 13 pages.

What gives?

..did you "set" the print areas for the other pages? Might want to check and make sure they're correctly set.

Sure did. That's why the print preview showed all 13 pages as they were meant to be printed.
