ACPI Error in Device Manager

I am getting an error in the device manager for the following:

Communications Port (Com1) - ACPI\PNP0501\1
ECP Printer Port - ACPI\PNP0401\4&3656B0&0

It says this device cannot start in msinfo32 under problem devices.....

I did a google search and couldn't find anything!!!!!!!

What can I do to resolve this?????
