ack......virus on a page script

I'm not sure which page it was, but all of a sudden, AVG poped up with a warning.
Bah............
Ran the removal, but it wasn't able to get one of the cached pages.
Why?
What do you do?

Clear your cache, or delete it through explorer(highlight it delete), if you really get desperate go to dos an do a del * to everything in that folder

I get that crap all the time seems like whenever I'm surfing sites with a lot of pop-ups and other junk.
