yeah, the shrubs have got to go. As I mentioned above, you'll probably want to buy a chainsaw to help you out on that task as well.

As man of the house, it is your responsibility to acquire as many useful toys as possible to assist you in such difficult tasks.

I'm longing for a lawn mower and a 3700psi power washer! What I can't cut with a metal blade will fall to a jet of water

Well .. I started looking at realtor.com ... but after I sort of had my mind set on what I wanted, I spoke with a realtor. He gave me access to HIS MLS listing site (which had current statuses of things, and he also looked for things too.) After a few weeks I found a Townhouse that I really liked, and wound up buying.

If you were in the chicago area, I'd highly recommend Bill Diehl
He is a Remax realtor, so most likely all Remax realtors will have the same MLS database. To get in though, you do need to at least email a realtor.
