A lot of times these places with crappy reseller ratings actually ship the product out (albeit slower than a good company) but are a nightmare to deal with when it comes to an RMA or support. Hopefully you won't have to do either and you'll be a happy camper

Also a good lesson as to why one should research THEN buy

A Powercolor 9600pro. If the EZ version gets sent to me I'm gonna blow They suckered me in on their pricewatch listing, which said they had no restocking fee (lie) and they guarantee to match Pricewatch (truth, but other people simply had lesser-quality items shipped).

I paid $404 for my Abit KT7-RAID + Thunderbird 1.1GHz + HSF combo from them 3 years ago (which was the best price I could find on Pricewatch for that combo at the time). I was sent exactly what I ordered. Never had any problems, of course I never tried to RMA anything through them either....
