To get the proc of the board, there was two styles of them. One the latch is on the processor cartridge, there are two latches on the cartridge at each end, you just push the latches in and it should be free. The second style, well i've never figured out a good way to get them out, I have always just pulled the clips back and started pulling. It has worked so far, have never broke one, and i have about 6 PII

Just unscrew the retention mechanism on the board.
