This is sweet. It's a study done by the govt in the 50s about the effects of LSD. They fed this artist LSD and had him draw while trippin balls :Q.

The best government study about LSD would have to be when the british government gave some soldiers LSD and then filmed them. You can find the video on kazzaa as "LSD - Space cadet".
