Achieve 500W power supply at svc.com any good?

i was looking for a new psu, since the generic one that came with my case might be holding my oc back. i have been mostly looking for a good price on a used antec/enermax 400w+. but in their new email ad, svc has this psu for $29.99, if you goto link and zoom in on the pic you can see the specs. it lists 25A on the +12v this is good isnt it? or should i stay away from "cheapo" psu's even if the specs are good?

i agree with human2k. the psu is the most under-researched component of many home builders.
