Yeah, it's supposed to be like Jack3D. I had a terrible experience with it last night.
I drank the stuff at around 5:30 and started working out at 6:15. About 35 minutes into my P90X Arms & Shoulders workout I got dizzy, vision was blurred and I almost passed out. I laid on the floor with my feet up on the bed for about a half hour, then spent about 30-45 minutes on the toilet, started to get nauseous then spent another hour or so on the bathroom floor. Room spinning the entire time. My girlfriend made me some toast so I ate that and drank some water and got into bed, dozed off for a while and woke up around 1 in the morning and puked. Puked up nothing cause I hadn't eaten since I had a protein shake at about 3:30 in the afternoon. I planned on having dinner after my workout and a shower. Somehow that helped me feel better though even though there was basically just a little phlegm that was coming up. Went back to bed around 2 and probably got back to sleep by 3. Got up a few times throughout the night to go to the bathroom cause I drank a ton of water while throwing up. Got up around 10 in the morning and my girlfriend made me more toast. But for the rest of the day today I've felt like I've had a massive hangover.
I'm not sure if it's actually the supplement that caused all this, or if it was something else. I didn't eat anything out of the ordinary so I doubt it would have been food poisoning. I may have been hydrated enough... but I've worked out while not properly hydrated before and stuff like this didn't happen. Regardless, I don't think I'm going to try these pre-workout things again.
