Acer s3 391 for $200?

I'm about to purchase one off of a guy I know. He replaced the stock 320gb hdd with an 128gb ssd, and says he can fresh install windows 8.1.

The rest is the manufacturer:
Intel Core i3-2377M
4b ram
768p screen

Sounds like a good deal since I'm looking for a light (3 pounds or less) notebook for college. Thoughts?
