I think this is pretty good deal. It is refurb, but that is okay with me. Walmart is $1 for shipping.

I have this tablet as well, pretty happy with it. Just a quick note that ICS is available for the tablet, and it should automatically download and update the first time you connect to the internet.
 
I picked up a refurb'd 10" Iconia Tab (also from 1SaD) a few weeks ago, and I must say it's pretty nice for the price (sub-$200.) 10" is definitely a huge improvement over 7" (I also have a rooted Nook Color.)

The form, speed and OS are pretty nice on my Tab. Battery life is pretty good, too. Shipping took about a week.
