As far as I know, there is no external burner with Burnproof technology. This Acer ain't an exception.

Yup. Staples.com PM denied. They said it would go on Monday, called back yesterday and they said it had to be done by last night. Called today and denied due to price-rebate<Target-sale.com price. 🙁 🙁 🙁

I just ordered one using the $30 off coupon. They charged tax but shipping was free. I added envelopes (needed some) so that added $3.50 to the price to get it to $150. Total shipped was $134 -$60 rebate = $74. I think that is a fantastic deal. This will go great with the Gateway Profile System I picked up from Tigerdiret. Rebate ends tomorrow but it may be extended. Thanks

i got the drive finally with a pricematch and the coupon together..i dont have much experience with mail in rebates. i am just a lil scared wether they would deny the rebate since a price match was used. the receipt i has show that both a price match and a coupon was used. has staples ever denied rebates before ?

i deally the thing would have been to buy it at the instore price with the coupon and then pricematch. so the receipt submitted to stples wont show the pm. dumb dumb dumb ..i should have done that
