Newegg has had curved 1080P 144Hz gaming monitors for ~$140. Don't know if they were IPS.

For a 27in IPS 75Hz desktop monitor, that's a fair to decent price these days, but most 1080P gamers are moving to 144Hz or better monitors these days. 75Hz is rather pedestrian for gaming.
