I think this is the older non-HDCP model, I got the newer model AL-2223w for $299 at microcenter last month.

Ordered online, went to see it in person...colors seem faded and not as vibrant as the Viewsonic or Samsung 22" WS. Cancelled my order.

I bought it for 299 - 20 = 279 AR on Saturday. Can I apply the ebayed coupon after the fact by going to the store? Or should I buy another and then return it (in the sealed package) on the old receipt?
Compared to a 2005 WFP and 2007 WFP that I have.
+ Big & cheap
+ Low backlight bleed
+ Good for my dad (who is getting this once i get a 2407) or older people because of lower dpi
- Colour uniformity not as good as the dell screen in terms of viewing angle
- I _really_ miss the height and tilt adjustments. Never thought how important they would be
- Washed out on vga compared to dvi
- Washed out compared to 2005/2007 WFP
Finally would love it if you would help me figure out how to use the coupon if i have already made the purchase.

Go there and ask them if you can apply the coupon because you just found a copy of it (technically not lying) and if they don't you can just return it, then go back and re-buy it.
I had a friend that bought a PSP without knowing about the coupon, and they applied the coupon no problem after she went back to ask about it. But theres a rebate so you might have some problems, but CC is pretty good about this kinda stuff so you'll most likely get it.

Only problem with trying to return a monitor at CC is they can tack on that 15% restocking fee on opened monitors....
I have this monitor as well, got it for $254 after taxes when it was on sale last month using the $40 off $199 and a $35 gift card I had. Colors arent as vibrant as say a viewsonic but the 22" viewsonic is too bright and vibrant when your sitting 2-3 feet away from it. I couldnt find a good setting on the viewsonic I liked, so I swapped it out with the Acer and messed with the birghtness/contrast on both the monitor and my video card I was able to find a good setting I liked.
