acdsee + logitech....

since they don't want me to put this in general after trying here.. i'll try here yet again.

does anyone have both working fine, and w/ games and such? It seems that when you scroll in acdsee, it will skip an image everytime you scroll.... seems no matter what settings i have, it just doesn't work (and some settings kill aim scrolling.... it's not important, but still...). I had this problem from 98 thru xp (skipping me). I do have the game wheel reg hack to have my wheel work right. Both the ball mouseman wheel usb and optical. Going to ps/2 didn't solve it either.

using microsoft drivers fixes everything, expect i really do make use of that thumb button....

i have this prob with my logitech cordless freedom optical. so instead of scrolling, i just use PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN on the keyboard. doesnt solve the problem but an alternative.

looks like my only way to resolve this is to buy a microsoft mouse.. but dang it, the one i want costs way too much.
