acdsee 4.0

I have ACDsee 4.0 and i draged and dropped a lot of my pics (that i have saved in windows explorer) useing 4.0 into subfolders i created, and now i can't do anything with the files. i can't move, copy, cut, print or even view them. when i go to thumnails view all you can see is the icon for ACDsee ( the eye). When i go to properties the file says jpg, and the size is still there. deppening on what i try to do with them, differant messages pop up like "make sure disk is not full or write protected", or "access not allowed", or "file typ not supported". If any one can tell me what the hell is going on i would greatly appreciate it. thanks again.
