Accurate voltage* monitors
Hey guys, just a little confused on some of my voltage readings

Which voltage do we take down as stable? and when it is stable after stress testing, do we take that voltage number?(while still oc)

HWInfo64 is showing me 4.2ghz@1.3661v(got this under "current voltage", so does that mean i'm underclocked?)
CPU-Z is showing me 4.2ghz @1.272v
CPUID is showing me 4.2ghz @1.8v(value), with a max of 1.34(aren't 2500k's stable with 1.375?)

All in all, i just need to know which is the accurate voltage reader. And it seems like the software are close from accuracy.

CPUz is accurate enough. It rounds the last digit to be increments of 0.008V though.

CPUz is reporting to you the voltage number that the BIOS thinks it is measuring for all its voltage management purposes (LLC, VID changes, etc).

The problem is this number can be BIOS revision specific. Change your BIOS and suddenly the reported voltage numbers can change if the mobo guys monkey with it.

So unless you spot-check the numbers yourself with a voltmeter you will always be unsure of the error. But CPUz is about as accurate as you are going to get.

CPUz I believe was reading VTT, not vCore... at least in my instance. I have a Gigabyte utility that also reads VTT, vCore and RAM voltage and from what I see, it has to be VTT. It really threw me for a loop until I figured it out.

On CPU-Z, i'm reading it next to: core voltage.

I turned off Intel SST(lowers cpu performance when not in use?) Or whichever that one is.
When will I know that its the stable voltage? Before/ during/ after stress testing?

While off: CPU Z reads 1.34~ on idle. 1.280 on full load?? I dont get it.
