First of all, unless you're gigging, it's pointless to buy an acoustic/electric. If you're just learning to play, then don't waste your money on an acoustic with a pickup on it. Besides, you can add one later on to any acoustic guitar for under $99. Second of all, you're much better off spending a few more dollars and going with a more established brand. You can get a much better guitar than the one the OP linked to for a few dollars more.
Check out some of the low end Washburn, Fender or Takamine ones. If you're serious about playing, you won't regret spending a little extra for something that will last you a lifetime. One tip: make sure that whatever acoustic you buy has a solid top and not a laminated one. Cost more but well worth it.
