Accidently reset my Services

Through Run->MSConfig, I think I clicked on diagnostic startup a while ago and it reset my Services. I just set them back to automatic and everything seems to be back on.. Except on the router.

Everyone on my router can interact w/ each other but not me. I can't see everyone else and they can't see me. I need to transfer (big) files by tomorrow morning, how can I fix this? There is no option to set everything back to default (Does anyone know why? As a logician, this blows my mind).
